I saw this book getting recommended on tik-tok and it was said there that this books helped the heartbroken。 I was having my heartbreak at the time I was reading this and boy lemme tell you。 This books just relates to me on a spiritual level。 This book contains a collection of poem and it helps me a lot on moving on and understanding that it was never my fault。 Like a friend who encouraged you when you're down this books just felt like it。 I shall say give this book a chance and read it when you I saw this book getting recommended on tik-tok and it was said there that this books helped the heartbroken。 I was having my heartbreak at the time I was reading this and boy lemme tell you。 This books just relates to me on a spiritual level。 This book contains a collection of poem and it helps me a lot on moving on and understanding that it was never my fault。 Like a friend who encouraged you when you're down this books just felt like it。 I shall say give this book a chance and read it when your in the phase of moving on or healing。 。。。more

Worth itThere is so much comfort in the strength in our stars。 It is worth a read over and over。 Different parts will speak to you on any given day。 This is a book to keep coming back to for when you’re in need of strength or healing。 Bianca has a way with words that touch your soul。

So this book is a complication of insprirational and encouraging words to make you feel better about being heartbroken and how to recover from that。 It is under the genre of prose-poetry/ self help, very quick to read (it took me less than an hour), the content wasn't remarkable, some parts were repetitive, it felt like I'm reading a bunch of inspirational quotes but compiled in a book。Great cover though! I love poetry but this is just too bland。 It's a bit too repetitive to me and there aren't any remarkable messages in here。 It's just the same advice we've heard over and over again for so long put into a book。 I couldn't even bring myself to finish the book, honestly。 And the word structures aren't exactly。。。 imaginative。 Like I said, bland。 I've read better。It's a win for the aesthetic and the light words that anyone can understand, though。 I love poetry but this is just too bland。 It's a bit too repetitive to me and there aren't any remarkable messages in here。 It's just the same advice we've heard over and over again for so long put into a book。 I couldn't even bring myself to finish the book, honestly。 And the word structures aren't exactly。。。 imaginative。 Like I said, bland。 I've read better。It's a win for the aesthetic and the light words that anyone can understand, though。 。。。more

It’s a gentle reminder that we need to allow ourselves to feel, to heal, to love, to fight back, to hope and trust that life has SO much to offer if we let it。 It made me reflect a lot on a couple of things: moving on, forgiveness, self love, finding happiness within myself。If you feel sad or lost, give it a read!

5/5 I highly recommend ♡I finished it in one sitting。 I love how the other chapters made an impact to me in some way that I cried for just a sec— not just because I felt sad, but because I also felt like it touched my soul in unexplainable ways (esp, the part of the book that discussed healing, moving forward, and self-love)。

Read this if you are going through something difficult and want a reassurance that taking it day by day is still progress, and you don't need to rush yourself because healing is a process。 Though most of the things written here are self-explanatory and obvious, gentle reminders written like love letters to yourself might bring you comfort。 Read this if you are going through something difficult and want a reassurance that taking it day by day is still progress, and you don't need to rush yourself because healing is a process。 Though most of the things written here are self-explanatory and obvious, gentle reminders written like love letters to yourself might bring you comfort。 。。。more

Sometimes, the greatest act of self-love is simply allowing yourself to be seen in all that you are。 A nice collection of poetry about moving on and learning to love yourself。 I felt like some parts were just variations of each other, just told in different ways, that’s why I couldn’t give this 5 stars。

This book felt like a warm hug。 Some parts felt redundant but it was able to effectively emphasize the message that the book wants to convey。 This book is the perfect companion when you are in a period of healing。 I felt immediately lighter after finishing it。 Thank you for this。 :)

Some books don’t have as much impact on you as you’d hoped them to。 And then other books come in your life at the exact moment you need them。 I am so grateful to have read this。 I did find it a bit repetitive but it was overall a beautiful and phenomenal poetry book

I feel like the book would have been perfect if it wasn't for the repetitiveness of some essays(?) But I liked it nonetheless, and it choked me with tears at multiple occasions。 It gave me the validation I wanted, it helped me remember what's important。 "From time to time, trace the scars life has left you。 It will remind you that at one point, you fought for something。 You believed。" "The moment you truly start to believe that you are deserving of happiness, of love, of something bigger than I feel like the book would have been perfect if it wasn't for the repetitiveness of some essays(?) Overall these poems have a great message and if I had read them individually instead of in a book I think I’d enjoy them more。 Unfortunately when compiled you can see that the exact same thing is being said over and over in different ways, sometimes she just straight up says the same thing over and over in the same way。

A bit repetitive, and as such probably better enjoyed through short bursts of reading rather than one continuous sitting (and on the whole I think I prefer the author's lovely podcast to the book)。 Nonetheless it's a good balance of warmth, tough love, and delicate wordsmithing - a valuable antidote when modern life starts to feel demoralizing and dehumanizing。 Because the world doesn't need any more carelessness, any more disregard; because there is nothing stronger than someone who continues t A bit repetitive, and as such probably better enjoyed through short bursts of reading rather than one continuous sitting (and on the whole I think I prefer the author's lovely podcast to the book)。 Nonetheless it's a good balance of warmth, tough love, and delicate wordsmithing - a valuable antidote when modern life starts to feel demoralizing and dehumanizing。 Because the world doesn't need any more carelessness, any more disregard; because there is nothing stronger than someone who continues to stay soft in a world that hasn't always been kind to them。 。。。more
